A-1 Remodeling & Building, Inc.  warrants any defects in Labor performed by our company, for a period of two years from the first day of completion of the contract, final payment, occupancy or the day final inspection is passed by the governing permit office, or whichever occurred first if paid in full.

 

Assemblies and or Services supplied by others, will be covered by their manufacturing warranties if any. All materials, appliances, equipment, parts, lumber, fasteners, paint etc… will be covered by their manufacturing warranties if any.

 

Should Owner observe any defect in Labor within two years of completion of the contract, final payment, occupancy or the day final inspection is passed by the governing permit office, or whichever occurred first, Owner shall give the Contractor written notice by registered or certified mail and give the Contractor at least Ten (10) working days to inspect the problem and allow at least thirty (30) working days to make corrections if defect lies with Labor of Contractor. Owner further understands and agrees that structure is the subject of this Contract and that Contractor will attempt to match materials to the existing structure if Labor of Contractor caused the fault; however, in any remodeling project, the exact match of materials is difficult and sometimes impossible to achieve. Owner acknowledges that said differences may be noticeable and accepts same.
