Foam Jacking & Injection
The first picture is polyurethane foam jacking. This is where we inject closed cell slow rise polyurethane foam through a concrete slab and raise the slab.
We raised the slab and the aluminum structure that was on the slab. The hole that we use to inject foam is 5/8 inch diameter.
The second & third pictures below show when we used polyurethane foam injection to fill voids under a home or structure. The foam expands to fill the void without causing damage. It it also as shown goes into very small spaces. The foam used for this is water proof and it sticks to the bottom of the concrete foundation so it does not easily wash out.
The fourth picture was in the Ole Saint Bar & Restaurant in the Wyndham hotel located in the new Orleans French Quarter. They would flood from the interior of the walls when ever there was a hard rain. We injected water proof polyurethane foam into the slab through the walls in one day and stopped the flooding. This work was completed during business hours. We contained the work area and injected the polyurethane closed cell slow rise water proof foam.
We can inject foam, spray and solve many problems with foam since we have been using and injecting foam on staff for years. Since we are licensed for Commercial & Residential construction we can can solve any problem you may have. There are many different types of foam for many different uses and situations.
We have raised slabs, filled voids, stopped water infiltration, stopped soil erosion, have stabilized soil, foam can even be injected into water or through water.
