Before & After Slab Raise Home Elevation
This is a concrete slab raise funded by a Repetitive loss grant home elevation grant.
We excavated under the home and installed segmented pilings.
Then we raised the house to its new elevation and poured a new foundation then installed decks and stairways.
After we completed the house raise the Home Owner or grant applicant under our direction payed us to install closed cell foam insulation underneath the home. In most cases the grant does not currently pay for this under a slab home. If it is not done in many cases the Homes air conditioning system will not keep up. Also it may have problems with the finished flooring and or signs of humidity in the hotter times of the year.
This kept the moisture from coming through the newly raised home and creating a insulation barrier under the home.
